These terms apply to guests of LTA Suites and to anyone who receives text messages or email from LTA Suites.
Rooms are rented for a set number of nights, agreed and paid for at check-in. The rate you are quoted at booking is the rate you pay for that booking. Check-out is 11:00 AM on your departure date. The rental agreement you sign at check-in governs your stay, and where it differs from this page, the signed agreement applies.
Payment is due at the time of booking or renewal. We accept cash and card.
By ticking the consent box at check-in, you agree to receive text messages from LTA Suites at the mobile number you provided.
We send two kinds of text messages, and you choose each one separately. Service messages about your stay, including receipts, payment reminders, and notices about the property. And marketing messages about special offers, which you do not have to agree to in order to rent a room.
Message frequency varies depending on your stay and your account activity.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages.
