This policy explains what information LTA Suites collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you rent a room from us, we collect your name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and a photograph of your government-issued identification. We collect this at check-in, and we need it to rent you a room, to verify who you are, and to keep the guest records required of lodging operators.
We also collect the details on your guest card: your vehicle, your emergency contact, and whether you are bringing a pet or intend to smoke.
We also keep a record of your stay: which room, which dates, what you were charged, and what you paid.
We use your information to provide you a room and to run your stay. That includes taking payment, sending you receipts and payment reminders, telling you things you need to know about the property, and keeping the records we are required to keep.
If you agree to it at check-in, we will text and email you about your stay. This includes receipts, payment reminders, and notices about the property. This is a separate choice from marketing, and you can say no and still rent a room.
If you separately agree to it, we will also text and email you about special offers from LTA Suites. You do not have to agree to this to rent a room.
Message frequency varies depending on your stay and your account activity.

You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time by contacting the front desk.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share information only where we need to in order to operate: with our payment processor to take payment, with the companies that deliver our text messages and email on our behalf, and with law enforcement or a government agency where the law requires it.
We keep guest records for as long as we are required to, and for as long as is reasonably needed to resolve billing questions or disputes. Photographs of identification are destroyed on a schedule once they are no longer needed.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to marketing messages, by contacting the front desk.
